Clairette Ah-Hen has worked for both the public and private sectors, including regulatory agencies, academia, financial institutions, and multi-national corporations, in either an executive or advisory capacity. She has also worked as a professional accountant in public practice in Mauritius, UK and several sub-Saharan African countries.

Jean-Pierre Lim Kong

BIOGRAPHY

Jean-Pierre Lim Kong is the Chief Executive Officer at Innodis Ltd. Prior to joining Innodis Ltd, he worked for KMPG’s audit and consuting practices in London, the business advisory departments of KPMG and DCDM Consulting in Mauritius and for the CIM Group in Mauritius as Managing Director of Cim Finance Ltd and subsequently as Group Chief Finance Executive. He curently chairs the Listing Executive Committee of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius. Jean- Pierre also served on the Board of Mauritius Institute of Directors for three years.

Vivek Ramtohul is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the Head of finance of Innodis Ltd. Vivek Ramtohul today has more than 24 years of experience in the Agro-Industry and commercial sector, with exposure in the shipping and IT Industries. He is a director and a member of the Audit Committee of Ariva Ltee.

Gaetan Bestel has been involved in the feeds industry for the last 35 years. He has worked for Meadow feeds South Africa both as Financial Director and Managing Director. Gaetan was Chairman of Meaders Feeds Ltd for 2 years. He has a wide experience in both the South Africa feed market and the markets of the East African coast.

David Montocchio has worked in a mid-tier accounting firm in Perth, Australia for 4 years before returning to Mauritius to work in the sectors of property & facility management and real estate development. He is currently Head of Finance & Administration of Les Villas de Bel Ombre Ltee, the promoter of luxurious villas in Bel Ombre Integrated Resort Scheme Known as “Heritage Villas Valriche”.

Olivier Fanchette is currently the General Manager of Innodis Poultry Ltd and is in charge of the Poultry businesses and Regional Development of Innodis Ltd. He has more than 15 years’ experience in the poultry industry.

Mr Iqbal Mohungoo holds a BSc (Hons) Agriculture, a Diploma in Agriculture Science & Technology, an MSc E-Business from the University of Mauritius and a Master “Administration des Entreprises” from the University of Poitiers, France . Mr Iqbal Mohungoo has been with Meaders Feeds for the past 15 years and is also a Director of Meaders (Seychelles) Ltd.

Mr Hemrazsing Bekarma joined Meaders Feeds Ltd in August 200. He holds a Higher National Diploma in Science with specialisation in Chemistry from Stockport College, UK as well as a license (Bachelor’s Degree) de science de Gestion from Universite de Poitiers, France and a Diploma in Quality Management from the Institute of Quality Management, UK.

Mrs Janeessa Hurhungee joined Meaders Feeds Ltd in 2008. She holds a BSc (Hons) Agriculture with Specialisation in Animal Production from the University of Mauritius as well as a Diplôme 3ème Cycle en Management International de L’Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Poitiers, France and an International Master in Business Administration from University of Northampton, UK.
